In 1994 Excelsior Property Management was formed and recently acquired by Kappes Miller Management. Yet, we have continued to be actively involved in the successful management of a diverse range of existing and newly constructed condominium associations throughout the Pacific Northwest.

We know that by combining the right people with a new and unique management philosophy, we can dramatically impact the overall quality of service provided to our clients. Our programs are based on constant communication with our clients and customers, and empowerment of our employees to eliminate potential problems before they happen. Each client is contacted on an ongoing basis to assure that our quality control standards are being met or exceeded. At Kappes Miller Management, we focus on all areas of the operation with one goal in mind: to make everything the best "possible."
